1. Introduction
At BEMY, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are handmade and we are proud to deliver white-glove customer service.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
BEMY will honor a customer’s request for full refund only if their cells are found to be non-viable in the lab. If a customer receives their product that has been damaged during transit, they must contact BEMY and send photos of the damage and a new product will be sent. If the customer’s product becomes defective (pumps not working properly, etc.) they must contact BEMY and send evidence of the defect (short video) and a new product will be sent.
3. Resolution Process
-Submit a Request for Resolution: To request attention to your order, please contact us via email at customerservice@bemycosmetics.com.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:

Payment for initial skin collection. This is handled by a licensed BEMY provider

Initial payment to BEMY during the first six month loading period.

Monthly, Quarterly or Annual renewal payments to BEMY unless a medical reason males cancellation necessary. A pro-rated reimbursement will be made upon reasonable evidence presented.
5. Order Cancellations
The following items are generally non-refundable:

You may be eligible for a credit card charge reversal if you cancel your order before it has been shipped (within 12 hours after the manual or automatic credit card transaction).

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@bemycosmetics.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
