1. Introduction
At BEMY, your satisfaction is our top priority. Your confidence in our brand is essential, and we are committed to providing you with products that meet your expectations. We appreciate your trust in us!
2. Eligibility for Refunds
-Faulty or Damaged Goods: If a customer receives their product that has been damaged during transit, they must contact BEMY and send photos of the damage and a new product will be sent. If the customer’s product becomes defective (pumps not working properly, etc.) they must contact BEMY and send evidence of the defect (short video) and a new product will be sent.
-Order Cancellations:
You may be eligible for a credit card charge reversal if you cancel your order before it has been shipped (within 12 hours after the manual or automatic credit card transaction).
-Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@bemycosmetics.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
3. Change of Address
If the customer changes their mailing address or would like to request a temporary address for their product to be sent, ​ they must notify BEMY at least one week in advance by contacting customerservice@bemycosmetics.com
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:

Subscriptions: Once customer commits to paying for either a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription, they may cancel shipments but payments cannot be refunded.

Personalized Items: Such as custom-made or engraved items.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion.
