1. Shipping Methods and Turnaround Times

- All shipments are sent via FedEx, usually via the 2-day option.

- We cannot guarantee delivery times.

- If not available in your customer portal, we will provide tracking information upon request.

- We do not save shipping information such as historical tracking beyond what FedEx makes available.

2. Change of Address

If the customer changes their mailing address or would like to request a temporary address for their product to be sent, ​ they must notify BEMY at least one week in advance by contacting customerservice@bemycosmetics.com
